When you use the AI assistant

When you send a message or select a conversation starter, your message and the current conversation history are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a reply. Preparing a brief also uses this service. You can browse the website without using the assistant.

The application does not write chat transcripts to its database. Conversation history stays in the page's memory until you refresh or select “Start again.” This clears the conversation in the page; it does not delete copies already processed by providers, copied, downloaded or emailed.

Our OpenAI requests use store: false. This disables response storage for later retrieval; it does not guarantee zero retention by the provider. Provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. See OpenAI's API data controls.

This assistant does not record audio, access your microphone, browse your accounts or act in connected business systems. Replies can be incorrect and should be reviewed before use.

Usage counters and hosting

To limit abuse and service costs, the server processes an IP address into a daily keyed identifier and stores request counts, not message content or raw IP addresses, in the application's usage table. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity.

Visitor counters have expiry windows of up to two days; aggregate monthly counters have expiry windows of up to 32 days. Expired counters are removed on a later chat request, so expiry is not an exact deletion deadline.

The website runs on Sites hosting using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and AI providers may process technical request information and maintain their own operational or security logs. The application-level transcript setting does not establish those providers' retention periods.

Email, downloads and your choices

Sharing a business brief is optional. You can edit the brief and choose whether to open a draft addressed to groups@33vsystems.com. The website does not automatically send it: you must review and send it in your email application.

If you email us, the information you choose to send can be used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your business needs, including useful guides or systems. Email copies are handled separately from the browser chat. Copies and downloads remain under your control on your device.

Scope of this notice

This is a technical data-use notice, not a claim of certified security or a complete legal privacy policy. Operator identification, legal processing grounds, email and hosting retention, and any international-transfer arrangements still require confirmation.
